Lane moved to Charleston in 1998 after earning a degree from the University of South Carolina. Lane started out running an engineering firm that traveled across the United States and Puerto Rico from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, Lane started his real estate and construction career in Charleston, SC. Lane Baker has earned the Realtor of Distinction Award from the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. Lane also is a Certified Master Builder. This is an honor only 5 companies hold in the Charleston Area. Lane’s main focus in construction before opening Saltwater Homes was custom homes and multi family projects. Wade Green - Project Management
Wade Green and Lane Baker have been life long friends going back to middle school. Wade has a back ground in commercial construction with a focus on financial institutions. Wade attended Clemson University and the University of South Carolina. Wade has been a huge asset to Saltwater Homes and clients always enjoy working with him. His easy going personality help clients with there selections and make the building process a breeze.
Scott first came to Charleston while attending the College of Charleston on a golf scholarship and earned a degree in business. Since 2002, Scott has been instrumental in building close to 100 homes all over the Charleston area. At Saltwater Homes, Scott helps with the daily management and operations, needed to make sure every home is our best home. He is a huge asset to all our clients and makes building your dream home an exciting and enjoyable experience.
