I recently purchased a home from Lane Baker of Saltwater Homes. (2750 Old Forest Lane on Seabrook) My wife and I could not be happier with our purchase.
Before we bought the home we had our inspector check it out and even with his reputation as being very detailed and picky could not find anything other than the usual nail head mark or a closet light that was out. His conclusion was a very well built house and we agree after five months of occupancy. The service after the sale has been good also. Lane found a small defect with one of the windows that I was not aware of and has been back to replace it as soon as the part came in.
